Qigong Daily Practice
(Warm Up and Eight Brocades)

dryangseminar23.jpg

This warm-up exercise was compiled by me in 1982 after I resigned from my engineering job, which caused many of my health problems.

After practicing and experiencing for four years, I began to share my
warming-up exercises with others around the world. These warming-up exercises have benefited so many practitioners.

After warming up, I will introduce the most popular, traditional, and easy standing Eight Pieces of Brocades Qigong for your daily practice.

pushinghandsDRYang1.jpg

Taijiquan is a style of internal martial arts that was developed with the philosophy of Taiji.

Since Taijiquan was created in a Chinese Daoist monastery, other than martial arts training (Yang), Daoists also practice the spiritual side of Taiji (Yin) for spiritual development.

In this seminar, we will summarize both the martial side and the spiritual side of Taijiquan practices and explain how these Yin and Yang practices are related to each other.

Our internal organs’ functions are closely related to the four seasons of the year.

In this seminar, we will focus on the Spring Qigong, which corresponds with the Liver organs. If you can emphasize the correct Qigong exercises, you will be able to maintain and enhance the health function of the corresponding organs.
