Qigong/Chi Kung

Qigong (Chi Kung) can be described as a mind-body-spirit practice that improves one's mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing technique, self-massage, sound, and focused intent.

Qigong is incorporated in our Tai Chi classes.

Seasonal Qigong
(This is a two-class series.)
Emerging from Winter, Welcoming Spring.

 

This workshop will cover:

  • Learn how your body responds to each season.

  • How to transition from one season to the next. 

  • Using breath and vocalizations to supercharge your practice.

 

When: Wednesday, April 12th & 19th

Time: 7 to 8 pm

Cost: $35 (early bird by 4/7) and $45 after 4/7.
