Weekday Morning Tai Chi Classes!

We’re excited to announce weekday morning classes!
These gentle, beginner-friendly sessions are perfect for anyone looking to start (or restart) their practice. You’ll learn foundational movements that help improve balance, flexibility, relaxation, and overall well-being—all at a calm, supportive pace.

Beginner's Tai Chi Course
Tai Chi
Tai Chi (Taiji) is a gentle, low-impact exercise suitable for people of all ages and abilities. Often called “moving meditation,” it combines slow, flowing movements, breathing, and mental focus to promote relaxation, balance, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Beginner's Tai Chi
First-time students — no experience necessary!
Our first 8-week session provides a comfortable foundation for learning Tai Chi. You will:

Learn gentle warm-ups and introductory Qigong exercises

Learn the basic principles and movements of Tai Chi
-
Explore Qigong, including breathing, relaxation, and focused movement
-
Begin learning Part One of Yang's 108-Form Tai Chi
Classes are supportive and welcoming, allowing you to learn at your own pace while developing greater balance, coordination, relaxation, and body awareness.

Tai Chi Continuation
This course may be suitable for those who have completed two or more 8-week Beginner sessions.

Introduction to Pushing Hands*
*Pushing Hands is an interactive form of Tai Chi where two practitioners work together to develop sensitivity, balance, and understanding of energy flow.

YOGA with Diana
The classes are designed to improve flexibility, balance, and strength, and to foster relaxation in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Whether you've continued practicing or it's been a while since your last class, you're warmly invited to join us.
