Tai Chi and Qigong Offerings:

Beginner's Intro. to Tai Chi & Qigong ~ Spring Session

Tai Chi is a therapeutic exercise system derived from Chinese martial arts focusing on the circulation of chi, or "life energy" found within and around all living things.  Some benefits of Tai Chi include improved balance, relief of pain and/or stiffness and lower high blood pressure.

Spring 2018 Sessions (8 weeks):  Registrations are being accepted now!

  • Sunday, Mar. 18  (8:45 - 10:00 AM)  
  • Monday, Mar. 26   (7:30 - 8:45 PM)

Tai Chi ~ Beginning Part Two
 
This course is for those who have completed the Intro. to Tai Chi Beginner's course and wish to complete/refine Part One and begin learning Part Two of the Tai Chi sequence.
